If an agency is used there is never any financial affiliation thus allowing us to pick only the very best candidates.

You will be presented with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates from which you can select who you would like to interview. Support and advice will be there throughout this stage.
Feedback and support are provided helping you make the decision in picking the perfect nanny.
Employing a nanny
Becoming an employer
Once we have found your perfect nanny, you will need to formally employ them. This can seem like a daunting process, especially if it's for the first time.
Becoming an employer comes with certain legal responsibilities and obligations. This includes paying tax and national insurance, liability insurance and providing a pension scheme. Whilst you are able to do this all yourself, we recommend using a company that takes care of all of the necessary requirements that include:
• Complete Tax and National Insurance administration
• Payslips for your nanny for every payday
• Administration of Statutory Sick/Maternity Pay, Benefits in Kind
• HR support
• Comprehensive Contract of Employment
• An Auto Enrolment management solution for workplace pensions
